Rental Agent

The Hall has a seating capacity of 500+. We offer either 5 ft. diameter round tables (48) or 8 ft. rectangular tables. All tables will seat 8 guests comfortably.

The Kasey Building Corporation offers Coca Cola fountain products for your special event. This includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Diet Sprite, Ginger Ale, and Tonic Water, at a cost of $150 per event. 

We have 25 lb. bags of ice available for $3.00 per bag. 

You can rent our hall the night before your event for the purpose of set-up if the hall is not already rented that evening. This cost is $200. 

We also offer bartender service of

150 dollars. Two bartenders for the evening. 

For your convince, you set the hall up in any fashion you desire, and at the end of your event just take your personal belongings and we clean the hall. 

The kitchen is included for all rentals. The renter (Caterer) is responsible to clean the kitchen prior to leaving the hall.
